Pricing and Availability Policy:
There is a possibility that product availability and pricing might change before we have an opportunity to update our Website. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy:
All in-stock items are shipped USPS, UPS or FEDEX within 3-4 business days of receipt of order.  Items on back order will be shipped USPS, UPS or FEDEX within 6-8 weeks.  In order to receive Christmas orders before December 25th, please submit orders prior to December 15.

Return Policy:
It is our sincere hope and desire that you will find enjoyment with all our products.   In order to ensure that glassware gets to you without breakage, all glassware inside cardboard boxing is packed with bubblewrap. All goods are fully insured from us to your post office or your door. If the goods are broken during transport, please take a photo of the item(s) and the cardboard box, and send the photo to us by mail or scan the picture and send it to us by email. Our insurance company requires proof before we can send a replacement.  Non-glass items that are found defective or damaged may be returned for complete replacement or refund.  Please include purchase receipt with returned item(s)

Privacy Policy:
The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices. We require you to provide certain identifying information when you order a product from our website. We use an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like email address) and financial information (like credit card account numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send confirmation information to our customers. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for product and services. ("Personal Information") We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart.
